If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transfer receipt.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposit transactions are made from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. cb236 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated funds returned, minus any applicable transfer fees imposed by the payment provider.
No Fees: cb236 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees incurred are imposed by your bank or payment provider and are outside our control.
Withdrawals are available only to players who have successfully completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until identity verification is complete.
cb236 processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours of submission under normal operating conditions. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer due to mandatory compliance checks. We do not guarantee specific processing times as delays may occur during periods of high volume or due to banking infrastructure factors outside our control.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. If your account holds active bonus funds subject to an unfulfilled wagering requirement, withdrawal of your real-money balance may trigger forfeiture of those bonus funds. Please review your bonus status before submitting a withdrawal request.
All bonuses and promotions offered by cb236 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds (where applicable for sports betting bonuses). These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of this Agreement.
New players are eligible for a 100% first-deposit match bonus up to Rp 20.000.000. The following conditions apply:

cb236 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses that have already been activated at the time of cancellation will be honoured under the terms in effect at activation.
All games available on the cb236 platform — including sports betting markets, live casino tables, video slots, togel (numbers lottery) draws, and sabung ayam (cockfighting) live streams — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or draw from verifiable external sources. Game outcomes are determined independently of cb236's operational decisions. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published transparently for all slot and table games.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent ban:
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game play or result recording, cb236 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances. Wins generated as a direct result of a proven technical error are not honoured.
For sports betting markets, cb236 reserves the right to cancel bets placed on events where odds were published in error or where market integrity has been compromised. Such cancellations will result in stake refunds to the player's balance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cb236's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or the platform shall not exceed the total deposits you have made to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
cb236 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:
Upon termination for breach, cb236 reserves the right to void all pending bets and forfeit bonus balances. Real-money balances will be reviewed and, where no fraud or breach is confirmed, returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance above Rp 50.000 will be returned to your verified payment method following standard processing times.
cb236 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 calendar days before they take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the cb236 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3 above.

This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cb236 holds its primary operating licence.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting cb236 support. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits cb236's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Players accessing the platform from Indonesia acknowledge that they do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to their use of online gaming services.
